Since the launch of VIAGRA CONNECT, pharmacy has helped over 1 million men with erection problems (EPs) in the UK.1 However, there is still more to do. In a recent survey by Upjohn Ltd, 76 per cent of men with EPs feel too embarrassed to discuss the issue at a pharmacy and new research also highlighted some important areas for pharmacists to refresh their knowledge on. To help both men with EPs and to provide support and education to pharmacy teams, Viagra Connect has produced two new videos: - 'VIAGRA CONNECT: Key knowledge update' for pharmacists covers the key areas in patient consultations where pharmacists need a knowledge update, as identified in the survey
- 'VIAGRA CONNECT at the counter' for pharmacy teams provides top tips for effective conversations and how to build confidence discussing EPs with customers.

And it's a good time to make sure your knowledge is up to date. Viagra Connect has just launched an £8 million campaign with a nationwide television commercial focusing on the lifestyle factors that can contribute to erection problems and encouraging men to take action and seek advice from pharmacists. |
